Feeding schedules by age
How much milk, how many solid meals, and what a normal day looks like.
- 6 month old feeding schedule
One meal a day to start, moving to two by around 7 months. Offer one or two soft foods and let your baby decide how much goes in.
- 9 month old feeding schedule
Three meals, plus a snack if your baby wants one. Include an iron-rich food at two meals a day.
- 12 month old feeding schedule
Three meals plus two snacks, mostly from the family menu. Keep salt low and skip added sugar.
